Conference on Higher Education, Intercultural Dialogue and Higher Education, Slovenia, 9 June 2008

A conference on Higher Education devoted to the questions of Intercultural Dialogue and Highe Education will take place on 9 of June of 2008 in Portorož, Slovenia. The conference is organized by the University Center for Euro-Mediterranean Studies (Center EMUNI) and EuroMed Permanent University Forum (EPUF) of Euro-Mediterranean University.

The goal of the conference: "The aim of the Conference is to debate and explore the role of higher education as a key element for human and social development and to propose new routes for the interchange between higher education institutions in Euro-Mediterranean area. What kind of knowledge, what universities, what kind of educational policies and what general political vision do we need to contribute more to such a development?"

The university's inauguration ceremony will also take place on the same day.
