International Conference « Innovation in service of Environment »
There are great planetary challenges resulting from the human activities development, the natural resources scarcity and the environment degradation. Thus, bringing answers and innovative solutions to build a sustainable and better world is becoming a necessity.
More than ever, the environmental challenges require innovations based on green technologies and research applied to environmental problems in order to bring concrete innovative solutions.
The purposes of these innovations are to contribute to a more respectful economic development with regard to peopleand environment. More attention needs to be paid to human beings inventiveness to conceive and implement adapted solutions to address the great environmental challenges by technical as well as managerial means. This would allow the emergence of a world more respectful toward our environment.
This fifth international conference organized by CITET, will be a forum for innovating research work exchange and research applied to the environment in particular with regard to the following topics:
- Patterns of production and sustainable consumption;
- Innovation and transfer of environmentally sound technologies;
- Impact of the environment on health.

Proceeding and special issue:
Proceeding with abstracts and CD with full papers will be distributed at the conference. Some selected papers will be published in the special issue of CITET: Tunisian Journal of Environment.

Après le grand sucées de l’organisation des précédentes conférences internationale au Centre International des Technologies de l’Environnement de Tunis (CITET), C'est avec un grand plaisir que nous annonçons le premier appel à communications pour la cinquième conférence internationale ayant pour thème : « Innovations au service de l’environnement »
