Staff changes at WHO

José Hueb, who has worked on Water Sanitation and Health both in WHO/HQ and in PAHO is retiring since 31 August 2006. For many readers he will be most well-known for his leadership of WHO's work on the WHO/UNICEF "Joint Monitoring Programme" and also for his work on environmental health in emergencies and disasters:
