Saudi Arabia is facing tremendous challenges of its water and energy administration during the last years. The Ministry of Water and Energy (MOWE) is in charge of these important topics. There is a huge need of consultancy and assistance on the highest level of technology by international experts.

Your tasks: Set water and sewage service leading practices and monitoring in urban and suburban regions for:
- Operation and Maintenance (O & M), Network maintenance, Leakage detection, NRW
- Draft and design water policies, frame works, legislation, procedures (Ground wells, water quality, water treatment methods, etc.)
- Assistant in formulation of 5 year and annual plans
- Monitoring project progress, performance of regional water supply units, setting standards
- Assist in Capital planning, devise a formula or setting up project priorities, funds allocation, asset creation
- Enhance water resource management
- Identify opportunity and set frame works for PPP/BOO, outsourcing/service contracts and privatization
- Assist in MOWE's Water Department restructuring
- Manpower training, education and knowledge transfer.
