News International Expert on Good Governance in the Water Supply and Sanitation Sector (Africa Region)

Transparency International (TI) is inviting expressions of interest from highly motivated international experts / consultants on issues of good governance and transparent budget management in the water and sanitation sector in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The expert would be expected to provide technical expertise on the management of water supply and sanitation to TI national chapters in Ghana, Kenya and Senegal, and support them over a period of approximately 6 months in developing a survey methodology assessing the impact of corruption on access to water supply and sanitation in these countries and allowing for effective monitoring and evaluation of progress made towards programme objectives.

The work would be part of a larger regional 3-year programme on transparency in basic service delivery, coordinated by the International Secretariat of Transparency International.
