Looking for WFD and other Water related Information ? Distribute your water related information !

Implementation of the Water Framework Directive and other (European) water related policies requires the use of the best available knowledge. Most of this knowledge is, however, often poorly accessible.

To improve this situation the WISE-RTD Web Portal has been launched : www.wise-rtd.info. WISE-RTD is one of the pillars of the Water Information System for Europe (WISE, water.europa.eu). This Web Portal guides specific user groups to find specific information in a huge pool of available knowledge on water related research, technology, development and experiences.

Become a member of the WISE-RTD Association !The WISE-RTD Association is a non-profit organisation that has as goal to enhance interfacing between knowledge and policy in the environmental field.

Our objectives are :

- To manage the comprehensive disclosure of existing scientific and technical knowledge and experiences with relevance to the Water Framework Directive (WFD) implementation, other Water Related Directives and Guidelines.

- To host and operate the WISE-RTD Web Portal, including free access to any interested user.

Any person or organisation that subscribes the goals of the WISE-RTD Association can become a member. More information in the attached flyer.
