EUREAU appoints new Communication Officer

2. Testori Coggi appointed as Director-General The European Commission has appointed Paola Testori Coggi to replace Robert Madelin as Director-General of the DG for Health and Consumers.

3. Busek new President of EU-Russia Centre Dr Erhard Busek, the former Vice Chancellor of Austria, has become President of the EU-Russia Centre. He replaces Lord Ashdown, who remains on the Founding Board.

4. Despina Spanou joins DG SANCO
The European Commission has nominated Despina Spanou as Principal Adviser for Policy and Communication Coordination at DG SANCO.

5. Sturgeon named ECG's new Executive Director ECG, the Association of European Vehicle Logistics, has appointed Mike Sturgeon as its new Executive Director. He replaces Mark Morgan, who held the position for the past three years.

6. Stanislawiszyn elected President of EURODOC Izabela Stanislawiszyn, President of the Council of Doctoral Candidates at Warsaw School of Economics, was elected President of EURODOC on 14th March 2010.

7. Pachl appointed as Deputy Director General Ursula Pachl has been appointed Deputy Director General of BEUC. Pachl has been with BEUC since October 1997.

8. Carel du Marchie Sarvaas joins EuropaBio On April 1st, Carel du Marchie Sarvaas began work with EuropaBio as Director for Agricultural Biotechnology. He takes over from Morten Nielsen, who had successfully led the team since September last year.

9. New Vice President EU Affairs at Rolls-Royce Charlotte Andsager joined Rolls-Royce in Brussels at the beginning of March as Vice President European Affairs, succeeding James Richards.

10. Tomm heads Deutsche Börse Group in Brussels Niels Tomm has been appointed a Head of the Brussels Office of the Deutsche Börse Group, where he takes over from Henriette Peucker.

11. EUREAU appoints new Communication Officer Marta Gomez has been appointed the new Communication Officer of EUREAU, the European Federation of National Associations of Water and Waste Water Services.

12. Wilhemsson joines Edelman's Health Practice Edelman has appointed Kajsa Wilhelmsson as its Director of European Health Public Affairs.

13. Stenström named Partner at Diplomat PR Brussels Kajsa Stenström will become Partner and Managing Director of Diplomat PR Brussels.
