News Senior Programme Officer, Monitoring and Learning, IRC International Water and Sanitation Centre, The Netherlands [deadline 30 August]

As part of its ambition to expand and consolidate our work in the domain of Monitoring and Learning (M&L) IRC is looking for a Senior Programme Officer who will bring together the range of methods and experiences used in IRC and is capable of providing leadership in taking this key area further, both internally and externally.

In view of developing a strategic M&L leadership plan for IRC in the WASH sector, the Senior Programme Officer will oversee the process of consolidating and improving IRC’s current M&L practises.

Requirements include:

  • Professional education, Master’s level or equivalent experience
  • Advanced competency development or specialised training in M&L methods
  • At least nine (9) years of relevant professional experience in an international context including field experience in a development setting
  • Fluent in English and in a second language, i.e. Spanish, Portuguese or French, both verbally and in writing
  • working permit for The Netherlands (granted automatically to EU citizens)

Duty station: The Hague, The Netherlands
Salary: BBRA 12 (min. €3,340.33 to max. €4,964.76)
