On the proposal of the Prime Minister, the President of the French Republic has appointed: Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, Minister for Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transportation and Housing. Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet succeeds Jean-Louis Borloo.
Pascal Berteaud, former water director general for France and EMWIS Steering Committe President, was appointed deputy-director of her cabinet in charge of technical affairs.
