News High-level panel on water and climate change in COP 16

From December 1st to 8th, 2010, the Dialogs for Water and Climate Change (D4WCC) have been held in COP 16, and have proved to be an unparalleled success. For the first time in a climate change COP, the water community was able to come together to discuss the various water-based aspects affecting climate change, to send a strong message to the climate change community. The next step in this process is a high-level panel to be held on the Mexican pavilion in Cancunmesse on December 8th, from 9 to 11 am, which will place the results of the D4WCC at the heart of a debate between key decision-makers from both the water community and the broader development community. You are cordially invited to attend this panel, which is open to accredited COP 16 participants only. Please click here to view the program in English and Spanish.
