ENPI CBC MED: Second call for standard projects: important notice for Applicants -- Deuxième appel à projets standards: annonce importante pour les Demandeurs

The administrative check of the Concept Notes submitted within the second call for standard projects is ongoing according to the administrative and technical criteria set out in section 4.2.1 of the Guidelines for Applicants. An automatic acknowledgment of receipt was sent by email to the legal representative and contact person (only if indicated in the Concept Note) of each Applicant organisation. 

In the event an Applicant has not received the acknowledgment of receipt (meaning that it could not be sent since two or more email addresses have been indicated in the Concept Note for the same person or that the email address provided was not correct), an email should be sent toenpi.standard2@regione.sardegna.it specifying the title and acronym of the proposal together with the name of the Applicant and the correct email address to be used. 

Please note that the Joint Managing Authority (JMA) is allowed to send the communications concerning to the evaluation process only to the persons referred in the Concept Note as legal representative and contact person. No information on a specific project can be given to partners nor to different persons. Therefore, as mentioned in the Concept Note, any change concerning the contact details (address, phone and fax numbers, email) or name of contact person or legal representative must be communicated in writing to the JMA (enpi.standard2@regione.sardegna.it). In fact the latter cannot be held responsible in case it cannot contact an Applicant. 

Finally, given the high number of projects received (1095 proposals, 3 times the expected number), the indicative calendar of the evaluation process contained in section 4.5 of the Guidelines for Applicant has been updated. In particular, the outcomes of step 1 “Concept Note Evaluation” (including the opening session, administrative check, qualitative evaluation, European Commission’s consultation, approval of Projects Selection Committee and approval of the Joint Monitoring Committee) will be sent to Applicants 220 calendar days (and not 150 calendar days as initially mentioned) from the deadline for the sending of Concept Note. This means that successful Applicants will be invited to submit a Full Application Form during the first half of October 2012. 

The JMA will keep the Applicants informed of the selection process through this website. No information on the evaluation of a specific proposal can be given by the JMA before the end step 1.
