World Water Congress 2015 - ‘Call for Papers’ Deadline on the 31st of October 2014

The Scottish Government’s hosting of the XVth World Water Congress in Edinburgh, Scotland on 25-29 May 2015.

This is the first visit to the UK of this leading international academic conference – with its unique focus on academic research and policy leadership to further global water resource management - and its return to Europe after 8 years.  Scotland: The Hydro Nation will provide a dynamic platform for this key event as a country which has placed the responsible management of water resources at the heart of its legislative agenda.  

The Congress is expected to attract more than 1,000 delegates, many of whom are working at the cutting edge of global water resource research and management, to the beautiful city of Edinburgh, and we hope you will also be interested in participating.  

A vibrant and engaging programme is taking shape and I would like to invite you to contribute through the submission of a scientific presentation, poster or article before the deadline of 31st October 2014. The Congress brochure, setting out the event themes, along with details of how to submit papers and to register to attend, is available at http://worldwatercongress.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/WWC_Brochure.pdf.
