François de RUGY to reploace Nicolas HULOT as Minister of Environment

After the departure of the French Ministry in charge of Environment, Nicolas Hulot on 28 August, the French Government announced, on 4 September, the nomination of François de RUGY as State Minister in charge of Environment. Mr. de RUGY was head of the French National Assembly and former green lawmaker.
