The call was open on the 1st of March and will be closed on the 30th of June, 2017. 

It is targeted at public authorities and non-profits

• Other organisations in charge of defining and implementing regional policy instruments
• Non-profits

Projects must focus on one of these topics

• Research and innovation
• SME competitiveness
• Low-carbon economy
• Environment and resource efficiency
