Programme Officer: Water, Sanitation, Hygiene & Monitoring at IRC

The Programme Officer will be part of the International and Innovation team in The Hague (The Netherlands) and will be expected to participate in multi-disciplinary project teams. The International and Innovation team consists of a team of professionals that combines action research, support to large-scale water and sanitation implementation programmes, knowledge management and lobby and advocacy to improve sanitation and hygiene service delivery. The Programme Officer will contribute to the further expansion and strengthening of IRC’s sanitation and hygiene programmes with a strong focus on monitoring; bridge conceptual development and on-the-ground realities.
